Question on whether we can assist when all other child support agencies have failed…
Question: I want to know what you can do that 3 different child support agencies couldn’t do. My ex has already lost his license, he owns no property, and he works for cash so that the state can’t find his money. So please tell me what you can do to help me.

I understand that you would like an answer as to what can be done to help in your situation; based on what you have provided, I can tell you that the only way to collect would be to try and work out a payment arrangement since there is no way to garnish. Private agencies look for income and assets to collect from so based on what info we can find and our ability to work with the non-custodial parent (NCP), the results will vary.
