Common Questions

About child support collection and alimony enforcement

Category List / Collections

Q: Are you more successful than the government? What is your success rate?
A: Every year, we collect in over half the cases that we accept. This is a great success rate if you consider that our typical client is owed over $12,000 by the time they come to us. They have been waiting several years for the government CSE office to assist them, with little or no results. Support Collectors is often able to successfully collect child support within six months for these same people the government was not able to assist.
