I would like to take some time to say thank you to all of you who have helped me with my collection needs. You have all been my source of comfort, spitfire and get-it-done since August of 2002. Thank you for listening and hearing my concerns and needs and acting swiftly on my behalf.
The Support Collectors Team has been absolutely wonderful. I have and will continue to recommend you all to those in need of your expertise. It's an easy recommendation. Thank you so much.
NCP is the Non-Custodial Parent that owes you support.
TANF stands for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families. This federal assistance program was formerly called AFDC, Aid to Families with Dependent Children. Support Collectors cannot assist you if you are currently receiving Public Assistance in the form of TANF or cash assistance. However, Support Collectors can assist you if you are receiving food stamps, Medicaid, or non-cash benefits.
Support Collectors cannot work your case if the NCP is incarcerated, which means they are currently in jail or prison.
